It will vary by time. The limits are going to be higher in the evenings and weekends. But I find it hard to believe you will find anything less than $10 at the most expensive casino in Atlantic City.

I have seen a $5 blackjack table at the Borgata. But it was early in the day during a weekday (I believe Tuesday). I am pretty sure this is the only time I have seen one. Generally the minimum table is 10 and even they can be hard to come by during prime hours, when $15 minimums become more standard.

If you go there on a Monday-Thursday during the day you can find a few $10 tables.
If you go during peak times (Friday-Sunday) then you can expect to find $15 and $25 minimums.
I have never seen $5 tables there but on a VERY slow day in the middle of the week if there are a few empty tables, you can always ask the pit boss to lower the minimums down to $5. If works more often than you think.

Weekday mornings you find a lot of $5 tables. In fact this is one of the better casino for low table limits. especially in the winter.
